http://gbatemp.net/t321781-homebrew-channel-v1-1-0

Or a Link to download: http://wiibrew.org/wiki/Homebrew_Channel

Fixes many things but something more specifc is the new wiimotes now work with the hbc (can't confirm if it means the hombrew apps themselves will now work.. I suspect they will still need an update for the new wiimotes with motion plus built in to work - but I can't confirm or deny that part)

Other big thing is now wodeflow works without crashing with NO wifi via the hbc. This is because the <no_ios_reload/> issue has been resolved. Previously with no wifi you had to have hbc 1.0.7 installed if you used the hbc to start wodeflow.

For me when I had 1.0.8 and no wifi wodeflow crashed but now installing only 1.0 and changing nothing else my wii with no wifi did not crah starting wodeflow via the hbc. (not that I load it this way. Always do o via a forwarder which never suffered the crash issue)

Hi.
I have recently updated to the new hbc, and I can confirm that I now am able to START wodeflow from the hbc menu with one of these new controllers, (with the motion plus included inside the controller.) This did not work before.
Unfortunately, wodeflow still doesn't seem to work with the new controllers. the controller goes black when wodeflow starts, and the cursor disappears.

Are the developers of wodeflow still here (r-duke?) on these forums? Will there be a fix to this problem?

Thanks!
Øyvind

I don't wish to sound ungrateful but with all this different information spread about it is totally confusing to a newbie what exactly i'm supposed to do to install wodeflow on a virgin Wii without Wifi using a channel forwarder.

Most of these terms and words have never been seen before until we come here. :(

Then read the tutorial on how to install it. It contains a download li with all files needed. There is no need to update to hbc 1.1.0 I was merely posting that it was now available.

Take a read of the sticky posts for your answer. Someone followed them just the other day and it worked flawlessly for them? Not sure how you missed it... It is the top sticky post in this forum section that is not an announcement: viewtopic.php?f=13&t=4701

Rduke was not the developer... R-win was as far as I remember. There was also someone else.

Highly unlikely to get an update for the new controllers for wodeflow. This is homebw app not made by the devs here.

There was meant to be a big update about a year ago but the devs decided not to for their own reasons

I did read that tutorial but it says you need Indiana Pwns then later on it says this information needs updating for letterbomb and the HBC 1.0.7 bug is confusing but i read elsewhere that i need to use 1.0.7 as i don't have WiFi so not to use HBC 1.0.8 as it will crash and how i fit this all in with a channel forwarder is like trying to understand a foreign language with conflicting advice. :)

Ah, Okay. Thanks!
But I don't understand which application wode users are using to load their games, then?
Do they use the small joystick on the wode?

You could try letter bomb. You do NOT need an Internet connection on ywii for this.
also, you can use lego batman, Lego Indians jones, Lego stairways complete saga, yugioh 5d wheelie breakers, super smash brothers brawl. Search for HomeBrew Channel at http://www.wiibrew.org

But you did say you had indianan jones so the others do not matter. But yes, an SD card is needed. Even a microSD card in an SD card adapter will do?

Non SDHC is need for whatever method you use to launch the hackmii installer as far as I am aware

People who use wodeflow are using it without using the new wiimote with motion plus released back in November.

Wodeflow works perfectly fine without those specific remotes.

Other than that you will have to use the LCD or buy an old remote or hope someone one day updates wodeflow to work with the new remotes

Thanks Zephyr i'll go buy a 2GB SD card later today.

Think i'll stick with the video setup guide before i try the later HBC.
